Responsibilities of the Committee:

• Prepare the annual operational plan for the committee according to the specified templates, while continuously monitoring the implementation of the plan’s projects and tracking their indicators.

• The committee reports to the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs.

• Develop a timeline for student activities aligned with the program mission and quality requirements, in coordination with the Deanship of Student Affairs at the university, and submit it to the department council or college council of the respective program for approval.

• Work on securing the necessary budget to support activities, coordinating with the Deanship of Student Affairs.

• Follow up on the implementation of the student activities plan within the program, prepare a report for each activity, and encourage students’ participation.

• Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including an improvement plan for the following year.

• Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee related to its scope, study all referred matters, and submit appropriate proposals or make relevant decisions.
