• Prepare the annual internship training plan for the college based on a study of the training needs within the college.

  • Establish a database related to the plans and training services provided in the field of total quality management at the college, as well as another database concerning trainers and their CVs and areas of excellence.

  • Measure the training impact and prepare feedback reports according to the model developed by the Skills Development Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality.

  • Communicate with the Skills Development Unit at the Deanship of Development and Quality for coordination and follow-up.

  • Prepare a monthly report on the committee’s work and submit it to the supervisor of the Development and Quality Unit.
