Committee Responsibilities:

• Review violations referred by the University President or the College Dean.

• Regulate the behavior of students and those considered equivalent within the college or any of its facilities.

• Correct and reform the behavior of offending students using available educational methods within the college.

• Summon anyone deemed necessary to hear their statements regarding the case, including involved parties or department heads.

• Approve disciplinary sanctions against offending students in accordance with university rules and regulations.

• Submit its decisions to the College Dean for further referral to the competent authority.
