This unit is responsible for welcoming and guiding new students, introducing them to the college and its various departments, and preparing them for academic studies and university life. It also provides academic, psychological, social, and scientific counseling to students, paying special attention to those with academic difficulties as well as gifted students. The unit studies cases requiring financial support from the Student Fund. Additionally, it is responsible for distributing students evenly among faculty members and submitting monthly reports.
