Conducting the developmental evaluation study of the program by verifying the application of quality standards issued by the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation regarding the program’s mission, objectives, processes, and activities.

Preparing and introducing the developmental study project of the program by informing students, faculty members, and other relevant parties about the study and the opportunities available for their participation.

Working on identifying the program’s strategic priorities and the objectives to be achieved, and reviewing performance in achieving those priorities and objectives.

Reviewing the program’s mission and verifying its alignment with the college’s and university’s mission.

Collecting performance indicators related to the program for the last three years and preparing reports on performance indicators study and improvement recommendations based on them.

Taking necessary arrangements to conduct surveys (questionnaires) needed to evaluate the program by obtaining opinions from related parties such as students, faculty members, staff, graduates, and employers to prepare reports on survey results and improvement descriptions accordingly.

Filling out initial self-assessment measurement forms for the program by faculty members in the program.

Arranging contracts with experts in the specialty to conduct an independent and impartial evaluation of the program, the program’s self-study report, and the evidences, and reviewing the results and recommendations reached.

Verifying the benefit from the results of performance indicator reports, survey reports, benchmarking reports, and initial self-assessment measurements, and including them in the self-study report, and determining priorities for improvement and quality in various program activities.

Preparing the program self-study report according to the forms of the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation, ensuring it includes a complete description of the study methodology, results obtained, evidence supporting these conclusions, and recommendations for improvement.

Reviewing the final self-study report and submitting it to the department council for approval.

Submitting the approved program study report to the executive committee of the university’s developmental study project.

Preparing and making all necessary arrangements and measures for the program reviewers’ team visit.

Submitting meeting minutes and reports periodically to the college council.
