Committee Responsibilities for Cooperative Training and Internship Program:

Prepare the committee’s annual operational plan according to specified templates, with continuous follow-up on project implementation and monitoring of indicators.

Develop regulations governing cooperative training/internship programs and determine the relevant mechanisms and templates.

Establish an annual timeline for cooperative training/internship programs in coordination with external entities.

Communicate with external parties and open channels of communication to achieve the objectives of the cooperative training plan.

Inform students and training sites about the goals, mechanisms, and evaluation methods of cooperative training/internship programs.

Prepare quarterly/annual training program plans in coordination with concerned external training entities.

Maintain effective communication channels with external parties to achieve the goals of the cooperative training plan.

Evaluate student performance and cooperation of training sites, address obstacles faced during training, and work to overcome challenges while enhancing achievements.

Analyze data and employment rates of program graduates based on information received from the relevant department within the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs.

Conduct alumni surveys to identify developmental and training needs, prepare training activities and events for graduates, and equip them with skills necessary for competitiveness in the labor market.

Introduce graduates to professional bodies and certification exams in their fields of specialization.

Inform final-year students and graduates about various electronic platforms and tools for finding professional training and employment opportunities.

Activate communication with college alumni and benefit from their expertise.

Prepare quarterly reports on program graduates.

Coordinate with the Alumni Unit at the University Vice Presidency for Educational Affairs.

Prepare follow-up reports and the annual report on the implementation of the operational plan, including an improvement plan for the following year.

Accomplish all tasks assigned to the committee related to its scope, study all referred matters, and submit appropriate proposals.
