Tasks of the Training and Skills Development Unit:

 
  1. Planning and implementing training programs that meet the needs of university students across various disciplines and academic levels.

  2. Receiving and reviewing training requests from individuals or departments inside and outside the university, and coordinating their implementation in accordance with approved policies.

  3. Preparing annual and semester-based training plans based on needs analysis and performance indicators.

  4. Ensuring training quality through evaluation and follow-up, and submitting procedural and financial reports after each session.

  5. Organizing technical and logistical support (e.g., preparing venues, digital platforms, designs, presentation tools, etc.).

  6. Documenting training programs and analyzing their outcomes to ensure sustainability and continuous improvement.

  7. Managing the financial aspects of training sessions, including disbursement of honoraria, documentation of invoices, and advances.

  8. Strengthening training partnerships with academic and community entities to enhance program quality and broaden the reach of benefits.
